We’re celebrating 55 years of Singapore’s Independence with a delectable spread of locally sourced delights. Culinary Designer Hong Dingzhao has dug deep into his Singaporean roots to curate a mouth-watering 4 course Modern European and Singaporean fusion dining experience. Menu highlights include a locally grown garden salad with citrus fruit, feta cheese & balsamic; Crab Timbale with Dijon & curry scented cream & cauliflower puree; seabass served with XO cream, locally grown bok choy & mash; and an oh-SO-sweet finisher, the SO/ banana split topped with “Goren Pisang” gula melaka sauce and vanilla & ondeh ondeh ice cream.

Celebrate Singapore’s 55th year of Independence with a locally inspired sharing menu available for takeaway or delivery this National Day Weekend. Culinary maestro Hong Dingzhao has curated a sumptuous spread ideal for sharing with family and friends, and perfectly paired with two Tiger Sling bottled cocktails by 1927. Menu temptations include a laksa ‘bouillabaisse’ spicy seafood stew served with French loaf; SO/ Gado Gado salad; marinated whole roasted yellow chicken served with chicken rice on a bed of butter glazed brussel sprout, rosemary potato & jus; mussels cocotte with white wine, chorizo & sour dough; an oh-SO-sweet homemade banana & gula melaka loaf & more.
